　　The company is located at the old office building in the compound of Guangrao Power Supply Company (No. 218 in Sunwu Road, Guangrao County) with a business area of over 900 square meters and 31staff, including three holding senior technical titles, seven with intermediate titles. It is mainly responsible for property management of all offices, dormitories, factory workshops, warehouses, and other realty management in the Electrical Power Subzone. The overall housing area under its management is 81,060 square meters.
