Dongying Hongtu Engineering Design Firm was established in March 2004 with registered capital of 500,000 yuan under Shandong Xinlue Group. It is a professional company for power supply, transforming engineering design, grid planning, feasibility study and related technical consultancy.

　　Currently it employs 30 people, including three senior engineers, 15 intermediate engineers, and 12 junior assistant engineers. The leading forces of its survey and design work (senior engineers and engineers) have a solid foundation of professional and technical knowledge and many years experience in power engineering survey and design. Other general professional and technical personnel all either have a college diploma or a degree. They also have been working in the area of power engineering survey and design for many years and can conduct survey and design independently.

Eight 110 KV substation projects, including Xishui Station, Wangxi Station, Yonghua Station and so on; three 110 KV modification projects, including Duanhe Station, Yongtai Station and others; six 35 KV substation projects, including the Aoya Station, Huayu Station and others; 12 35 KV modification projects, including Shicun Station, Chunlei Station and others; a dozen of 110 KV line construction projects, including Lewang Line, Wangguang Line, Zhenghe Line and others; about twenty 110 KV line modification projects, including Heyong Line, Xinguang Line and Yangchen Line and others; over twenty 35 KV line construction projects, including Lezhang Line, Lejin Line, Lefeng Line and others; over thirty 35 KV line modification projects, including Yangjiang Line, Shihua Line, Hefeng Line and others. All these projects have passed appraisal of upper government units and been recognized by widespread clients.
