Shandong Xinlue Group Co., Ltd. is located in Guangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone and covers an area of over 80 mu (1mu= 667 sq.m.) with registered capital of 40 million yuan and fixed assets of over 20 million yuan. It mainly deals in ready-mixed concrete, new building materials, electronics, general merchandise retail, garment processing, electric equipment manufacturing, and investment in power facilities, real estate and commerce.

　　The company has 86 employees, including 16 holding intermediate and above titles and 16 professional technical personnel, forming a strong technical force. Three sets of fully automatic concrete mixing equipment support the ready-mixed concrete project. 220 cubic meters of concrete can be produced per hour if the machines run at the same time. The well-equipped concrete detection room uses modern technology and is able to conduct detection on cement, sand, stones, fly ash, additives and concrete block samples. Moreover, the company has eight Sitel concrete mixers used for the transportation and mixing of concrete, two ZL30E-1 loaders for on-site feeding, two concrete pumping trucks, one laboratory verified by provincial quality inspection and two SCS-100-2 intelligent motor truck scales. What’s more, the company has already conducted overall machinery automation management.

　　Main models include C10, C15, C20, C25, C30, C35, C40, C45, C50, C55 and various types of early strength concrete, retarding concrete and anti-permeating concrete. They are widely used in bridge construction, civil engineering, piled road and other concrete construction. For new building materials, we chiefly produce lightweight porous wall panels, lightweight composite insulation panels, insulation pipes and glass fiber and magnesium cement boards. We, as a scientific and technological enterprise, integrate building application, technology development, production, technical services and supporting construction into a whole and are provided with two production lines, one of which, the fully automated production line of Si-Mg wall panels, is the first one in China with high level automation, original structure, sound green performance, easy maintenance and high productivity. It fills the domestic blank of new material wall panel production. Moreover, our environmentally-friendly energy-saving new building materials are ideal wall panels for high-rise buildings, high-rise residential buildings, and separation of rooms, corridors and kitchens.
